Therapeutic Yoga Courses
Have a look at the different course offerings on this page that will help you achieve your best state of health. It is not always easy to get to see your yoga therapist face to face and technology has given us some great ways to share useful information more widely.
While it would be great to be able to help everyone with every problem, it is more effective to concentrate on those areas and issues that each therapist has studied more deeply. Susie chose to concentrate her further study in the areas of breathing practices, yoga nidra, meditation and asana with the aim of helping those with anxiety, stress, lung issues (including asthma and allergies), unresolved pain (back pain and other pain) and similar related issues. Those are also the areas that you will see courses have been created for.
My offerings have just undergone a re-vamp! As they are finalised and offered you will see them here. In the meantime you can see some of the previous courses.
Yoga For Your Face, Neck & Eyes
A popular course!
Yoga is a system of wellness and how we look can greatly affect how well we feel. The face muscles become weak just like the other muscles in our body and targetted exercises can strengthen those muscles bringing back a more youthful appearance.
Eye muscles also benefit from yoga, not only in external appearance, but in how well the eyes function.
This course is made up of 6 modules, each targetting a specific area of the face, neck and eyes. There is also some mindfulness and meditation segments because knowing how to relax and being able to get quality sleep also greatly affects how we look.
